Lo que si sé es que la telefonía por Internet, VOIP, es baratísima y no nos permiten suscribirnos a los particulares por que nos "suspenden" el servicio "regular". Pero el Goberno y empresas si hacen uso del VOIP y ya no dependen solo de servivio "normal".
